First, you need to determine what you want to order. If you haven't done that yet, our price list is available. If you have questions, you can call, fax, mail a letter or e-mail us.
For retail mail-order, we require payment before we ship product. We do not yet accept credit cards, and mailing cash is a bad idea, so that means check or money order. Internationally, please pay in U.S. funds, perhaps with an international money order, so we are not charged for conversion. You can send in your order with your payment.
If you order a product which we distribute for another label, you may want to initially place the order by phone or e-mail, because our inventory is limited, especially on the imports. If you contact us to reserve your product, we will hold it for up to a week awaiting payment.
If you have your order shipped to an address in Massachusetts, please add 5% Massachusetts sales tax to your order.
Within the 48 contiguous United States, postage and handling charges are $2.00 for the first item, and $1.00 for each additional item. (We do not charge you sales tax on the shipping and handling.) These rates are for U.P.S. Ground, or Parcel Post (only the U.S.P.S. can deliver to P.O. boxes in the U.S.); if you need something faster it will cost more.
We do not have standard shipping and handling charges for outside the 48 mainland United States, but will base them on the estimated bill from the carrier, plus the cost of packaging. For international orders, special arrangements may be required for customs, prepayment of import duty, and/or Value Added Tax. Please inquire by e-mail.
